The RoCs AGM 2023 is booked for Sunday 12th November, starting at 10 am, until 12 am at Calshot Climbing wall in the Boothman room. Calshot opens at 9am on Sunday so you are able to gain access to the building prior to the AGM at 10 am. The Cafe opens at 9-30 so you can get a drink before the meeting. All members are invited to attend the meeting, and to stand for or to vote in any member to the Committee for 2024 season. Please complete the on line application form to stand as a committee member before 5th November. RoCs Committee Application . We will be in the bar afterwards for a social chat and climbing in the afternoon as well. Come along for a great day out at a stunning wall.
