Late spring trad climbing trip to the Peak District, staying at Hardhurst Farm. Within easy reach of a mass of gritstone crags including Stanage, Lawrencefield, Curbar and Froggatt.
Join us for a great climbing area in the Roaches near to Leek. Lots of varied climbing on gritstone on several crags in the area, the main one being the Roaches with single or multi pitch climbs ranging from Diff up to the more serious grades, so plenty of choice for all climbers. We will be camping at Hazel Barrow Farm campsite, only a short drive (or longer walk!) to the Roaches and also Hen Cloud area. Another option is Windgather crag full of single pitch climbs for everyone.
The second ROCS Women’s trad weekend – watch this space for more details. Accommodation will most likely be a few minutes away from all the fun of Stanage.
