Ade Summers has offered to give a talk about his about trekking adventures in the Everest region, including Mera. The talk is free, but he does include a few minutes about a school in Pakistan he supports and I am sure any voluntary contribution towards this, for the talk would be gratefully received. This meet is aimed at outdoor novices and anyone else who needs to ease themselves back into climbing after a long layoff, although all club members will be very welcome. We’ll head to Hedbury and/or Winspit, depending on people’s experience.
There are some lower-grade routes to learn or refresh techniques and plenty of harder routes if you want to push yourself. If the forecast isn’t great for Sunday we could postpone until Monday…
