Scotland – September CANCELLED

12/09/2020 – 19/09/2020 all-day

Ben Nevis

Scrambling on Aonach Eagach Ridge

Curved Ridge, Buachaille Etive Mor

A week-long walking/scrambling/easy climbing trip to the Highlands. We’ll be based in the Fort William/Glencoe area surrounded by lots of big mountains (or hills, as the Scots call them!) with a fantastic choice of activities for days out.

We’ll stay in a cottage or other self-catering accommodation.

Update 25 March – along with all the other RoCs meets in 2020 this meet is tentative and a decision will be made nearer the time whether it will go ahead or be postponed until 2021…

Would be very interested, plus scrambling Ciullin Ridge, inaccessible pinacle? Not sure what ideas you have planned and weather : )

its a wee bit of a trek from fort william up to skye….though if the weather were fantastic then it could be worth it. there are some great scrambles on the doorstep though – tower ridge on ben nevis i can recommend….

I’m very interested, tell us more!

That sounds great, I’m definitely in. And bringing husband as well. He’s not going to climb, but is up for any walks or scrambles.
