Hi club members, the “Beginners” day trip on Sunday August 26th is now at Fairy Cave Quarry. This trip is suitable for all levels of climbers, not just for those new to outside climbing as there are routes of all grades there. John Horton is organising this, and so far there are only 3 members attending. If you fancy a day out on rock for the bank holiday, post on the meets page on the website so that John can see who is going, so that lift sharing can be maximised as the parking at the quarry is very limited. An ideal venue for those newer members who wish to experience real rock!!
